This clinic has been serving the Tigard community since 1928 and we have been in our current location since 1976. For the convenience of our patients, we offer extended hours and same day appointments for your urgent medical needs.
Our experienced Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are Board Certified in Family and Adult medicine. Most insurance plans are accepted at Pacific Medical Group’s Tigard clinic and our providers are affiliated with both Legacy Meridian Park Hospital and Providence St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Our goal is to provide quality health care for all family members, from newborns to seniors. In addition to all aspects of primary care, we also offer treatment for work-related injuries or motor vehicle accident injuries. We perform sport physicals for students. We also emphasize preventive care for men, women and children. This includes vaccinations, gynecological care, and chronic disease management for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
On-site lab and x-ray services are available to expedite your diagnosis and treatment. Our clinic utilizes an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This allows for quicker and more accurate interaction within the clinic and with other medical facilities involved in your care. We have Online Services (MyHealthRecord) that allow patients to request prescription refills, review lab results, send a message to their provider and self schedule appointments.
We are a NCQA Recognized Medical Home. The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
