
Jesse Russell, PA, DMSc is a native Oregonian and grew up in the small rural town of Cave Junction, Oregon. He attended Portland State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English. Developing an interest in pre-hospital medicine through a friend, he went on to attain his paramedic license and worked for many years as a 911 Paramedic in Portland, Oregon.
Jesse attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, for his formal medical training. He graduated with both a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) degree and a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree. He has been caring for patients as a Family Medicine PA-C since 2021.
Some of Jesse’s medical interests include preventative health through lifestyle, diabetes care, asthma and allergies, office-based procedures like orthopedic injections and skin biopsies, and men’s health.
Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful children, as well as cooking, reading, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors.
