Heather Helms, FNP is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Utah. Heather has worked across a variety of medical settings, including trauma care, urgent care, rural health, aesthetics, and primary care. She has a special interest in geriatrics and emergency medicine and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-focused care. Known for being a strong advocate for her patients, Heather takes the time to listen and build meaningful connections. Her healthcare journey began as an EMT, where she discovered a deep calling to help others—a passion that continues to guide her practice today.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. She loves being outdoors, especially visiting the coast, exploring the forest, or spending a quiet day fishing.
