Anne Barry Lever, ANP, joined Pacific Medical Group of Canby in September 2017.  Anne is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience and over 30 years of medical experience.

She received a Master’s Degree in Science and her Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification from The University of Portland in 1994. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from OHSU in 1987 with recognition of High Scholarship.  Anne is a longstanding member of Nurse Practitioners of Oregon and has served the organization as Chairperson. She has worked in a variety of healthcare facilities from hospitals to community health clinics, and Anne served Willamette University as a member of their health care staff taking care of graduate and undergraduate students for 21 years.

Anne grew up on a working cattle ranch in Southern Oregon. Her father was the town veterinarian. While she enjoyed helping her father on farm calls to treat animals, Anne found her true calling in medicine. “As an Adult Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy helping people get well and collaborating with them to sustain their health. Through meaningful compassionate exchanges, I hope to empower people to make decisions for better health.”  Anne has a well-rounded health care background including treating illness and disease, injuries, health screenings, women’s health, sports injuries, and communicable disease. She excels at maintaining positive relationships with patients, families and other health care providers and is sensitive to working with people from different cultures.

Anne lives on a farm and has raised her family in the Canby area for the past 25 years. She enjoys horses and gardening and spending time with family.
